Old Fashioned Customer Service is our Foundation

This article refers to the JetBlue Steward, Steven Slater explaining that now the U.S. has migrated away from being an industrial nation, we are now a service economy which has changed the way most of us react and interact with each other. We just aren't as polite to each other and we all tend to be on edge. Basically we want to "TAKE THE CHUTE" ourselves. 
At Susan's Special Needs we believe in "Old Fashioned" customer service with fresh coffee, tea, water and cookies. Welcome with a smile. It is our pleasure to serve our clients and to help them through a difficult time in their life. Our goal is to make a difference and help make our part of their experience one of providing comfort.  Our clients walk in with hesitance and walk out with joy.
