ACCC's Oncology Drug Reference Guide

ACCC's Oncology Drug Reference Guide is a practical tool to help the multidisciplinary team navigate the increasingly complex area of drug information. The Oncology Drug Reference Guide is a convenient source of information on the drugs commonly used to treat cancer.
The Oncology Drug Reference Guide focuses on drugs paid under Part B of the Medicare program. It includes all such drugs that have Healthcare Common Procedure Coding System (HCPCS) codes in the oncology range (J8500 through J9600), as well as any drug newly approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for treating cancer that has yet to have been assigned a HCPCS code. Each drug is presented by HCPCS code, generic name, brand name, billing unit, and manufacturer contact information. The Oncology Drug Reference Guide lists average sales prices for all currently marketed drugs that have HCPCS billing codes in the oncology range, or that have been approved by the FDA for treating cancer. Manufacturers are identified for each brand name drug for which there is no generic equivalent. Contact information is included for both the reimbursement and medical affairs departments for easy reference if users want to request the latest evidence as well as compendia and journal reprints.
ACCC members will receive a copy of the Oncology Drug Reference Guide in the mail. Quarterly updates will be available here on ACCC’s website.
