Screw You Cancer: How would your life change without YOUR breasts?
A new Docu-series on the Glamour Digital Channel
In the 2nd episode of Glamour’s Digital Channel’s Screw You Cancer, Caitlin gets honest about what it will be like to lose her breasts and have reconstructive surgery, including the possibility of nipple tattoos and concerns over how the pain medication could affect her past struggles with addictions. Forced to come to terms with the drastic measures to remain cancer free, Caitlin’s family and friends react: her mother’s fear, her husband’s curiosity and Caitlin’s own realizations about how her body – and life – will change.
Caitlin Brodnick is available for interview upon request.

With a family history of breast cancer and BRCA1 test results that show a higher risk of developing breast cancer, 28 year old, recently married, NYC based comedian Caitlin Brodnick decided to undergo a preventative double mastectomy on September 5, 2013. It was after her father's sister passed of breast cancer and receiving news that her family's genes give her a 90% chance of contracting the disease, she decided to take the preventative measure. Caitlin documented the experience, giving Glamour’s Digital Channel full access to this personal time in her life. Caitlin reveals the wit, charm and resilience of the human spirit in the six episode docu-series, SCREW YOU CANCER, produced by Conde Nast Entertainment for the Glamour Digital Channel.
