Hi Joy, The grade 3 is sometimes also mentioned as a,b,c & refers to the level of abnormality of the cells in the tumour - 1 is closest to normal & 3 is fast dividing & very abnormal.

My doctor recommended 5 grams of L-Glutamine per day and I am happy to report that my neuropathy (finger and feet) is completely gone. Be sure to start low (500 mg. per day) and build up to 5 grams, or you will get headaches.
