When you have questions, need someone to listen or don’t know where to turn, call Living Beyond Breast Cancer’s Survivors’ Helpline. Your call will be answered by another woman who knows what you’re feeling – a woman who has experienced breast cancer. Someone who cares. Someone who understands. Our Helpline volunteers offer peer support, information and hope in a confidential setting. Our personalized matching service can even connect you with someone in similar circumstances, who is your age or has your ethnic background, if that’s important to you.
A woman affected by breast cancer will answer the phone live on Tuesdays from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. EST. At any other time, leave a message and a woman affected by breast cancer will return your call within 24 hours. Spanish-language speakers are available.
If you prefer to request a call using our online form, please submit your request and a Helpline volunteer will contact you by phone within 24 hours.
Please note that this service is not intended as a substitute or replacement for professional counseling or medical services, but sometimes it helps to talk to someone who has “been there.”
