Recipe: Raspberry Banana Sorbet
Refreshing, homemade, with no added sugar

Make your own sorbet! It’s a perfect, refreshing ending to any meal. Unlike store-bought versions, this recipe has no added sugar. You can use this combination of fruit or experiment with other fruit combos – your flavor choices are limited only by your imagination and the fresh fruit currently available.
Ingredients
1 ripe banana, sliced
1½ cups raspberries or sliced strawberries
1 cup fresh orange juice or other fruit juice
1½ cups raspberries or sliced strawberries

Preparation
- Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and process until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture to a freezer container and freeze until firm.
- To serve, let the sorbet rest at room temperature for 10 minutes before scooping into 4 dessert dishes.
